How enrollment works

  1. Enroll monthly (membership auto-renews each month)
  2. Complete baseline assessment ($50 at signup)
  3. Train consistently on your chosen track
  4. Re-test every 8 weeks (built into the program cadence)
  5. Optional performance report: $75 (required to receive the report)

Note: Testing cadence is offered at no additional charge; the optional report turns results into a clear deliverable and next-step priorities.

Athlete personalized report: $75 (every 8 weeks)

Coach team summary report: $100 (available when 8+ athletes from the same team enroll)

Team Pod Track (6–12 athletes)


If you’re a coach or club director and can bring a group, we can run a Team Pod Track:


6–12 athletes from the same team training together on a fixed schedule.


Coach benefit: consistent training slot + optional team summary reporting.

Waitlist: If a time block is full, join the waitlist—new blocks unlock as enrollment supports it.

  • Do we have to commit to an 8-week package?

    No. Membership is monthly. The performance cadence runs on an 8-week cycle behind the scenes.

  • What is the $50 baseline assessment?

    An objective performance assessment used to set benchmarks and priorities for training.

  • Do we automatically get reports every 8 weeks?

    Testing cadence is provided; the personalized report is optional ($75) and required to receive the report.

  • What if my athlete is in-season?

    We adjust training priorities to support performance and recovery during the season.

  • Can parents stay and watch?

    We support designated observation windows. Routine sessions are intended to be drop-off to protect operations.

Baseline assessment fee ($50) is due at signup.

Memberships are monthly and auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Retesting occurs on an 8-week cadence; optional athlete report is $75 per cycle.

Team summary report ($100) available when 8+ team athletes are enrolled.
