Weekday Strength (2x/week)


Our primary development track for baseball and softball athletes seeking the strongest long-term progress.


Two coached early-morning sessions per week aligned to season demands, throwing volume, and recovery needs.


Best for: athletes committed to consistent strength and power development.

• Founders Rate: $175/month (first 2 billing cycles), then transitions to $225/month

A single-session weekend strength option built on the same coaching standards and progression model.


Programming adjusts for in-season and off-season demands while supporting throwing and hitting volume.

Acceleration-focused speed work and athletic conditioning to improve baserunning, defensive range, and work capacity.


Includes monthly Speed Gate timing for objective acceleration feedback.


Best for: athletes who want to improve first-step quickness and field-transfer speed.

Team Pod Track (6–12 athletes)


Coaches or club directors may enroll a group on a fixed schedule aligned to team needs and seasonal demands.



When 8+ athletes from the same team are enrolled, a Team Summary Report is available for $100.

  • Do we have to commit to an 8-week package?

    No. Enrollment is month-to-month. The 8-week rhythm refers to our recommended retest cadence.

  • Is this only for pitchers?

    No. This program supports position players and pitchers. Training adjusts for throwing volume and season demands.

  • Can my athlete do this in-season?

    Yes. Programming adjusts for game load and throwing intensity to support performance without overtraining.

  • Can parents watch?

    We support designated observation windows. Routine sessions are intended to be drop-off due to space limitations.

  • What if my athlete plays multiple positions or sports?

    We adjust programming based on position demands, total weekly load, and training age.
