Do we have to commit to an 8-week package?
No. Membership is monthly. Testing runs on an 8-week cadence behind the scenes.
Is this only for pitchers?
No—this supports all positions. We train the foundation (legs, trunk, strength balance) that helps everyone.
Can my athlete do this in-season?
Yes. We adjust training priorities to support performance and recovery during the season.
Can parents watch?
We support designated observation windows. Routine sessions are intended to be drop-off.
