Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Training Studio?
The Training Studio is our premium area for independent training—built for focused strength work with better equipment access and fewer distractions than a typical big-box environment.
Is this a coached class?
No. Training Studio is self-directed training. If you want coaching, you can add personal training or a coaching add-on.
Do I get 24/7 access?
First Responders and experienced lifters can receive 24/7 Training Studio access.
Others can get it after they have completed training on proper use of the the equipment.
All visitors and prospective members must book an appointment in advance. This is a private facility and staff books time slots dedicated for introductory tours and discussions outside of coaching sessions.
Who is the Training Studio best for?
People who train seriously and want a focused environment: bodybuilders, strength athletes, and anyone who prefers to train independently. It is not for sitting on equipment and reading a book, talking on your phone, or any other manner of hogging equipment.
What equipment is included?
A premium strength-training setup (barbells, racks/platforms, dumbbells, benches, and accessory tools). Equipment availability can vary during peak times or special events.
Can I still join if I’m new to lifting?
Yes—if you’re new, we strongly recommend starting with a coach so you learn the movements and standards safely. Coaching add-ons are available. The ownership team is available on weekends to spend time teaching members how to use the equipment properly.
Do I need to reserve a time?
Typically no for open studio access, unless we introduce reservation blocks for special circumstances (events, maintenance, or unusually high demand).
Can I bring a guest?
Guest access is not included unless explicitly stated in your membership. If we offer guest passes, they must be scheduled and checked in.
Are there rules about using equipment?
Yes—re-rack weights, wipe down equipment, respect others’ space, and follow posted training and safety standards. Improper or unsafe behavior may result in revoked access.
Is Training Studio included in PowerPass or Adult Programs?
Yes, we encourage Powerpass and Essentials program members to do accessory work in the Studio to complement their coached class sessions.
Can I combine Training Studio with coaching?
Absolutely. Many members train independently most days and add coaching sessions for programming, technique, or accountability.
