Program Description

This program is designed for high school athletes who are serious about getting stronger, more explosive, and want their training program fit to their specific needs, as evidenced from results of our VALD Performance tools, AND aligned with their season schedule. The program runs all year to ensure high school athletes are continuously improving.

No matter what your sport is, we will customize a program to get your ready for the next level and can monitor your actual progress as we assess our athletes with technology used by many NCAA programs and professional sport teams.

Note: The facility uses a videographer to take stills and short videos of members’ training. This is for commercial promotion of the facility. A condition of participating in this program is the legal guardian will acknowledge approval of the usage of their athlete’s image for promoting the gym.

Athlete-Focused:

High School Athletes have a 3-4 year window to develop their strength & conditioning if they want a chance at a scholarship. Do not settle for a generic cookie cutter program.

Depending on the sport and the season (pre, in, post season) we offer focused training for individual athletes or group training.  Many high school student athletes do not have adequate access to their school's weight room or a strength and conditioning coach.  Our programs and pricing range from supervised, programmed "weight room access" with baseline VALD performance measurements, to Team scheduled (booster club funded) strength & conditioning, to elite athlete 1x1 customized programming that will focus on training athlete/sport specific weakness as determined with VALD performance assessment.
