Program Description
This program is designed for high school baseball and softball players who wish to maintain strength, improve athleticism, and enhance recovery during the season. It is a 90-minute session held once a week on Sundays, offering a comprehensive approach to in-season training. This program is open to all high school baseball and softball players and is not associated with any high school or school district. The program runs from February through May. The program also includes monthly InBody, body composition analysis reports to enable in-season monitoring of lean mass, fat mass, and hydration. A phone app with planned workouts will also be provided so participants can share with parents what they are doing in class.
Note: The facility uses a videographer to take stills and short videos of members’ training. This is for commercial promotion of the facility. A condition of participating in this program is the legal guardian will acknowledge approval of the usage of their athlete’s image for promoting the gym.

Membership Pricing
$88 per month per athlete. This program is billed monthly, there is no extended commitment. On the 1st of each month, a charge will automatically be made to your credit card that is on file. Should you want to cancel the subscription, you may do so prior to the next billing going out. There will be 4 sessions per month, making the hourly cost $14.67.
This membership includes one free adult Open Gym pass for use during class time, a $25 dollar value per session. This includes use of all equipment located in our Barbell Club (machines, barbells, dumbbells, cardio equipment). Get in a workout while your athlete is in class!
