Results that we can objectively measure for you.
At our performance center, we focus on lasting results. You will continuously improve with our varied routines.
Is this CrossFit?
PowerSource Fit is performance-based group training, but it’s not “choreographed class fitness.” Depending on how you define CrossFit, you’ll see some familiar tools (barbells, dumbbells, rowers, bikes, sleds), but our focus is coaching + progression: better movement, smarter loading, and steady improvement over time. The goal is to build strength and conditioning in a way that’s sustainable and measurable—not just survive a workout.
Will workouts be scaled for beginners?
Yes. Every session is designed to be scalable. We adjust movements, loads, volume, and intensity so beginners can train safely and build skill fast. You’ll get coaching on technique and options that match your current level—so you can progress without feeling lost or beat up.
What does a typical week look like?
Most weeks include a balanced mix of:
Strength work (building skill and load over time)
Accessory work (muscle balance, injury prevention, and durability)
Conditioning (engine, intervals, mixed-modal work)
Mobility / movement quality (so training keeps feeling better, not worse)
The exact emphasis shifts based on a training focus (strength block, conditioning block, etc.), but the structure stays consistent: train → recover → progress.
Can I train for running/triathlon/sports with this?
Absolutely. PowerSource Fit is a strong complement to endurance training and field/court sports because it builds:
Strength and power (better force production)
Durability (tendon/ligament and tissue capacity)
Work capacity (conditioning that translates)
Movement quality (mechanics and control)
If you have a race season or sport calendar, we can help you tailor frequency and intensity so it supports—rather than competes with—your main training.
How do you track progress?
We track progress through consistent programming, coaching feedback, and (optionally) objective testing. If you want hard data, you can add a performance assessment to establish a baseline and retest over time. Assessments can help identify training priorities, asymmetries, and measurable improvements in strength and power.

What should I bring?
Bring:
Comfortable training clothes you can move in
Athletic shoes (and if you have them: training shoes + running shoes)
A water bottle
Optional: wrist wraps, belt, knee sleeves—if you already use them
If you’re new, don’t overthink it—show up, and we’ll guide you through everything.
What if I’m not in shape yet?
You’re in the right place. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start—you start by showing up, and we scale the training to your current level. Coaches will adjust movements, loads, and intensity so you can train safely, build confidence, and make progress without feeling overwhelmed.
