No. Membership is monthly. Testing runs on an 8-week cadence behind the scenes.
Is this only for varsity-level athletes?
No—this is for any athlete ready to train with consistency and intent.
Can my athlete do this in-season?
Yes. We adjust training priorities to support performance and recovery during the season.
Can parents watch?
We support designated observation windows. Routine sessions are intended to be drop-off.
