High School Strength & Performance (SCV)

Coached strength + speed development for high school athletes — built to fit real school and sport schedules.

Backed by objective performance assessments using VALD technology.

Not random workouts. Not open gym. Coached development with measurable progress.

Serving SCV athletes across soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, hockey, track & field, football, and flag football.

What Most High School Athletes Miss

In SCV, sports are year-round. Practices are constant. Games stack up fast.
What’s often missing is
structured strength and speed development that’s coached, progressive, and measurable.

  • Coached Technique + Standards
Your athlete learns how to lift, sprint, and move correctly — not just “get tired.”

  • Structured Monthly Progressions
Training builds week to week so athletes improve in-season and off-season.

  • Measured Progress
Baseline → Train → Retest so improvement is visible, not guessed.

We keep it simple:
a plan, consistent coaching, and proof your athlete is improving.

Built for High School Athletes Who Want to Improve

Our tracks are designed to support sport schedules and recovery — not compete with them.

How Progress Works Here

Step 1 — Baseline
Establish benchmarks and training priorities. There is a one-time set up fee of $50 for participants in this program. Testing will occur on PowerSource Athlete Assessment Days.

Step 2 — Train
Coached sessions with structured progressions aligned to sport season and training age.

Step 3 — Retest
Measure change, refine priorities, and keep development moving forward.

Retesting happens on an
8-week cadence. Recurring testing is offered at no additional charge; optional athlete reporting is available.

Choose Your Training Track

We are currently offering Saturday morning sessions.

However, we will be establishing morning and evening Tracks for athletes that are fully committed to focus on their strength & conditioning.

Programming inside each session is adjusted based on season demands, total weekly load, and athlete training experience.

Athletes may combine tracks based on goals and schedule, when capacity allows.

FAQ

  • Do we have to commit to an 8-week package?

No — membership is month-to-month. The 8-week cadence refers to retesting.

  • What is the $50 baseline assessment?

It’s a one-time starting-point assessment that helps set priorities and track progress.

  • Do we automatically get reports every 8 weeks?

No. Retesting is included. The athlete report is optional and provides a parent-friendly summary and next-step priorities.

  • What if my athlete is in-season?

We scale volume and intensity so training supports sport — not competes with it.

  • Can parents stay and watch?

We support designated observation windows. Routine sessions are intended to be drop-off to protect operations due to space limitations.
