HS Soccer Strength + Speed Training
Premium coaching for high school soccer athletes—build acceleration, change-of-direction, and durability that holds up late in matches.
Includes a baseline VALD assessment + an 8-week retest rhythm (optional athlete report) so progress is measurable—not guesswork.
Soccer is won in the first 3 steps—and the ability to stop.
Most athletes train speed as “run faster.” But soccer demands
accelerate, decelerate, and repeat under fatigue. We build strength and movement quality that transfers to the field..
What we focus on for soccer athletes
- Acceleration: stronger first steps and better force production
- Change-of-direction: braking mechanics + cutting efficiency
- Durability: trunk strength, tendon-friendly loading, and repeat sprint capacity
This is strength training designed for sport performance—not random workouts.

Objective testing used to set benchmarks and priorities for training.
Is this only for elite players?
No—this is for athletes who want structured coaching and consistent progress.
Can parents watch?
