High School Soccer Strength & Speed Training
Coached strength and speed development for soccer athletes focused on acceleration, change-of-direction, and durability that holds up late in matches.
Supported by objective performance assessment using VALD technology, with a baseline and structured retest cadence so progress is measurable — not guesswork.
Soccer is won in the first 3 steps—and the ability to stop.
Most athletes train speed as “run faster.” Soccer demands repeated acceleration, deceleration, and direction changes — often under fatigue late in matches.
We build strength and movement quality that transfers directly to the field.
What We Train for Soccer Athletes
- Acceleration — stronger first steps and improved force production
- Change of Direction — braking mechanics and cutting efficiency
- Durability — trunk strength, tendon-friendly loading, and repeat sprint capacity
This is structured performance development built for soccer — not random workouts.

How progress gets measured
Baseline Assessment: $50 at signup
• Retest Cadence: Every 8 weeks
• Optional Performance Report: $75
Why it matters:
We train → we retest → you can see improvement and adjust priorities over time.
Performance assessment supports training decisions and athlete development. It is not medical care or a medical diagnosis.
Team Pod Track (6–12 athletes)
ICoaches or club directors may enroll a group on a fixed schedule. Training emphasis can align with team needs and seasonal demands.
If 8+ athletes from the same team enroll, a Team Summary Report is available for $100.

Will this interfere with soccer practices?
Training is designed to support — not compete with — team practices. Programming adjusts for in-season and off-season demands.
Is this only for elite players?
No—this is for athletes who want structured coaching and consistent progress.
What is the baseline assessment?
Objective testing used to set benchmarks and priorities for training.
Can parents watch?
We support designated observation windows. Routine sessions are intended to be drop-off due to space limitations.
What happens if we miss a session?
Occasional absences due to games or school are expected. Long-term consistency matters more than perfection.
