Why Parents Choose PowerSource:
Most athletes practice and compete constantly. What they often lack is a structured, coached development plan.
At PowerSource, athletes are not just exercising. They are training with a purpose:
Baseline → Train → Retest
That means parents can see whether strength, power, speed, and movement qualities are actually improving.
Team Pod Track (6–12 athletes)
If you’re a coach or club director, bring a group and train together on a fixed schedule.
Coach option: If 8+ athletes from the same team enroll,
coach may purchase a Team Summary Report for $100.

Do we have to commit to an 8-week package?

Is this only for varsity-level athletes?
No—this is for any athlete ready to train with consistency and intent.
Can my athlete do this in-season?
Yes. We adjust training priorities to support performance and recovery during the season.
