  • Is Nutrition Coaching stand-alone, or do I need a membership?

    Nutrition Coaching is available as a stand-alone service. You can also add it onto any membership to align your training + fueling and stay accountable.

  • Do I have to track calories or macros?

    No. Tracking is optional. We’ll choose the simplest approach that matches your goal—sometimes that’s a basic meal structure and habit targets; other times it’s more detailed tracking for a short period.

  • Do you provide meal plans?

    We focus on coaching and practical structure (targets, food framework, and repeatable meals). If you want a strict medical-style meal plan, that’s typically handled by a registered dietitian.

  • How do check-ins work?

    We set clear weekly targets, review what’s working, and adjust based on adherence, training load, and progress. The goal is a plan you can follow on training days and rest days

  • Can this help with fat loss and performance at the same time?

    Yes—when the plan matches your training volume and recovery needs. We’ll prioritize performance, energy, and consistency while driving sustainable body composition change.

  • Do you coach athletes differently than adults?

    Yes. Athletes get sport/season-aware fueling guidance (in-season vs off-season) and recovery support. Adults get a plan built around schedule, stress, and training goals.

  • Can we use InBody to track progress?

    Absolutely. InBody check-ins are a great way to confirm what’s changing beyond the scale (and to keep the plan honest).

  • Will you recommend supplements?

    Only if it’s appropriate and simple (think basics). Supplements never replace the fundamentals—sleep, protein, hydration, and consistent habits.

  • I have a medical condition—can you still help?

    We can support performance and habit-building, but we don’t provide medical nutrition therapy. For medical conditions, work with your physician or a registered dietitian.
