8-Week Intensive Training

for Ages 10-13

This off-season program is designed to help athletes master proper lifting technique, build real strength, and move with confidence.


Whether the goal is to dominate next season, make the high school football team, or earn a starting position, every training session is structured to build explosive power, speed, and discipline.


This isn't just working out - it's an investment in your athlete's performance, mindset, and long- term success.

In addition to coaching, every athlete is tested using professional-grade VALD Performance technology — the same force and power assessment tools trusted by elite college and pro programs to evaluate strength, explosiveness, and imbalances.


We record baseline numbers in Week 1, train with intention for six weeks, and then re-test so you can see exactly how your athlete improved.
