What Adult Programs Are
Choose Your Path
Our coach-led group training that blends strength work and conditioning into a structured, high-energy session. Every workout is scalable, coached for quality movement, and designed to build real-world fitness that carries over outside the facility.
Our coach-led program built for the demands of the HYROX race format—running intervals paired with repeatable functional stations. You’ll build the strength, stamina, pacing, and transition efficiency needed to perform well on race day.
Our coach-led program for adults focused on overall health and wellness, combining mobility, strength, and conditioning in a balanced weekly plan. Sessions are approachable, clearly coached, and built around simple progressions that help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

What’s the difference between your coached training and big-box classes?
Big-box classes are often choreographed—the same routine delivered to a room, with limited individual coaching. At PowerSource, training is coached. That means we watch movement, give real-time cues, scale intelligently, and progress you over time. You’ll know why you’re doing an exercise, how to do it well, and how it fits into your goals (strength, conditioning, mobility, performance, or body composition).
Do I need experience to start?
No. Most people don’t start “ready”—they start by learning. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are. We’ll scale movements, loads, and volume to your current ability and help you build skill and confidence quickly. If you’re brand new or returning after time off, we’ll point you to the best starting path and make sure your first few weeks feel structured and manageable.
How many days per week should I train?
Most adults get great results with 3 days per week of coached training. If your goal is faster progress, performance, or a specific event, 4–5 days can work well when it’s planned properly (and recovery is respected). If you’re just getting started, 2–3 days is a smart ramp-up. We can help you pick a weekly schedule based on your goals, training history, stress/sleep, and what you can do consistently.
Do you offer HYROX-focused training?
Yes—if HYROX (or HYROX-style conditioning) is one of your goals, we can guide you with programming that builds the exact combination you need: aerobic capacity, pacing, strength endurance, and efficient movement under fatigue.

Can I combine programs with Training Studio access?
Yes. Many members combine coached sessions with Training Studio access so they can add extra strength work, technique practice, mobility, or event-specific conditioning. The best combo depends on your training age and recovery. If you’re doing 3+ coached sessions per week, we’ll help you add Training Studio sessions in a way that supports progress without piling on fatigue.
What if I have a prior injury?
That’s common—and it doesn’t automatically disqualify you. We’ll scale movements, choose smart substitutions, and focus on building strength and capacity safely. If you’re currently under the care of a physical therapist or medical provider, we can coordinate with their guidance and keep training aligned with your recovery plan. When in doubt, we’ll start conservative, build confidence, and progress as your tolerance improves.
Do you offer assessments to guide training?
es. If you want more clarity (or you’re coming back from injury, starting a new sport season, or training for an event), an assessment is a great first step. Our Assessment Hub combines performance testing and body composition tools so we can establish a baseline, identify priorities, and track progress over time.
