The Pod Model

A Pod is a small team group (6–12 athletes) training on a consistent schedule with premium coaching and measurable standards.


Why coaches like it:

  • We keep it simple (you send the link, parents enroll, we run the training)


Built for clubs and teams that want an edge

Pod Track is ideal for:

  • High school programs (Varsity/JV/Freshmen groups)
  • Club teams (preseason, in-season maintenance, off-season development)
  • Position groups (speed-focused athletes, jump athletes, etc.)
  • Feeder programs moving into HS demands





Weekday Strength (2x/week) — Monthly Slot

  • Assigned days each week (ex: Mon/Thu or Tue/Fri)
  • Consistent development plan + coaching standards
  • Best for fastest results


Saturday Strength (1x/week)

  • Great for in-season or schedule-heavy athletes


Sunday Speed + Conditioning (1x/week)

  • Includes monthly Speed Gate work (timed speed / acceleration)

Best for the fastest progress.
Two coached strength sessions per week on a consistent schedule.

  A consistent weekly strength session that supports busy schedules and in-season athletes.

Speed + Conditioning (1x/week)

Athletic conditioning + speed emphasis to build work capacity, movement durability, and competitive confidence.

Pod Pricing

Enrollment + Funding

  • Families enroll individually using your team’s Pod link (we handle payments + onboarding).
  • Booster clubs are welcome to sponsor athletes or subsidize monthly dues for the group (we can invoice and apply credits by athlete). Request our Booster Sponsorship Options sheet for invoice formats and policy.

A high-level snapshot you can use to support your program and show progress.


Includes

  • Participation + retest cadence status (who completed baseline/retest)
  • Team-level trends (strength/power indicators, movement priorities)
  • Simple “what we’re emphasizing next” summary



Optional add-on for athletes
Individual athletes can purchase their personalized report for $75 each retest cycle.

How to launch a Pod



  1. Coach submits inquiry (below) with sport, roster size, and preferred schedule
  2. PowerSource confirms available blocks + recommended track
  3. Coach gets a shareable link for parents
  4. Athletes enroll + complete baseline assessment
  5. Training runs monthly with an 8-week retest cadence

  • Do athletes have to be from one team only?

    No. Pods work best when participants are teammates, or at least if they share a sport, but mixed groups can certainly work.

  • Can we run this during season?

    Yes. We adjust the emphasis to support performance and recovery. With VALD, if we have pre-season assessments we can even spot indicators of fatigue during the season to help with injury risk management.

  • Can you run the Pod at our facility?

    For now, Pod Track is delivered at PowerSource so we can control standards and testing workflow. However, we will consider wprking with you on a School or District Master Service Agreement for an on site arangement.

  • What about attendance conflicts and makeups?

    We keep Pods consistent. Limited makeups may be offered based on availability—discuss during onboarding.
