We require 4 days notice to process your cancellation. We hope to see you back soon!

How Cancelling Works

  • Give us notice at least 4 days before your next billing date, with this form or by email to info@psperform.com.
  • No phone call and no reason needed.
  • Your membership stays active through the period you’ve already paid for, then ends. No further charges.
  • With less than 4 days’ notice, the next billing cycle runs and isn’t refunded. Your membership ends after that cycle.
  • If you joined with a 3-month commitment, the commitment still applies.
  • Behind on a payment? There’s a 5-day grace period. After that the membership is suspended, and reinstating it means paying any back dues plus the initiation fee again.
